In some exciting news; Marianne’s BACK!!! Meditation and Yoga on a Sunday morning from 10 am and Hatha Yoga on a Monday from 7pm. For the Month of April Marianne will also be offering one of her classes for 1/2 price for new students. That works out at an amazing £10 for 2 1/2 hours of Meditation and Yoga or £6 for 1 1/2 hours of Hatha Yoga. Check out our time table here to see which classes tickle your fancy.
For those of you training for the London Marathon on the 26th of April, we wish you all the best. Paying full attention to your body and movement will allow you achieve the very best performance. Train carefully and treat your body well. We have practitioners at Holistic Health who are specially trained for sports massage. This will help you achieve optimum performance and to provide injury free training and minimise post event trauma. Read about it further here

Rebecca is a fully trained Thai Yoga practitioner. She brings with her a wealth of knowledge and a truly magical treatment. She is offering 20 minute taster sessions of Thai yoga massage on the 11th of April from 2.30pm.
Bernie is a well known skin specialist from Ireland. She will be joining us on the 11th of April for her first clinic at Holistic Health. Bernie will be offering a confidential consultation prior to any treatment, she will conduct a skin analysis to determine which treatment is best for your skin type. These consultations will cost £25 and are 15 minutes long for a limited time. Due to popularity these are booking up quickly.
