April is Bowel Cancer Awareness Month!!!
Did you know that Bowel cancer is the UK’s second biggest cancer killer, and that in the UK someone dies from bowel cancer every 30 minutes? This needn’t be the case as it is treatable, and curable, especially if diagnosed early. According to statistics from Bowel Cancer UK, “nearly everyone diagnosed at an early stage will survive bowel cancer but this drops significantly as the disease develops.”
