Thai Yoga Massage is an ancient form of massage for relaxing the body and the mind. This type of massage works to stimulate, open and balance the flow of energy through the sen lines, assisting the body in its natural tendency towards self-healing.

This is achieved through rhythmic manipulation of sen lines, mobilization of joints, passive stretches and applied Hatha Yoga asanas. It can help to relieve back and shoulder pain, tense neck, muscular tightness and stiffness, poor posture, digestive problems, sciatica as well as mental problems like anxiety, stress and lethargy.

In practice the massage unfolds like a continuous and rhythmic dance. Thai Massages are practiced on the floor; as the receiver remains lightly clothed, there is no need for the use of oil. The technique involves stretching of the limbs and back in a rhythmic, relaxing way and gentle but firm pressure on the body. Blood and lymph circulation is increased and waste substances are removed from tissues.
