Zofia Tyczynska

Zofia is a registered Craniosacral Therapist with a background in bodywork and energy healing. She discovered Craniosacral Therapy or CST when suffering from her own chronic back pain. In the first session she received, she felt not only the physical pain ease but also deep emotional release. Zofia felt a profound connection to her inner wisdom, felt reassured of being on the right path and dedicated the next few years to learning this modality as a profession. This training continued in many energy healing and bodywork modalities including Reiki, Reconnective Healing, Thai Yoga Massage, Theta Healing and Vipassana Meditation.

Zofia has been interested in spirituality since she remembers; witnessing her father's terminal illness awakened a deep compassion and need to work with people to ease their emotional and physical pain. She brings a sense of peace and calmness to people she works with, helping their systems to let go of accumulated stress, release emotional and physical trauma on many levels and find a more profound sense of connection, health and well-being.

Zofia is passionate about her work, and she also helps CST students develop their skills, working as a tutor at the College of Craniosacral Therapy in London. She is dedicated to continual growth and development and is currently undertaking a 2-year post-graduate training of ‘Integrative Baby Therapy’ to work with babies, children and adults in releasing pre and peri-natal imprints that shape our personality, emotional and physical patterns.
