Private one-on-one yoga sessions with Hannah or Kristin

Yoga is a powerful practice to support health through the connection of mind, body and spirit. Whether you are seeking increased strength or flexibility, balance, enhanced bodily awareness, relaxation or looking to reduce stress and anxiety, an individually tailored yoga practice can support you. Instead of an instructed class as found in busy studios and gyms these sessions are based on a ongoing, non-dogmatic, communication between you and your teacher to explore how the practice can best serve you right now.  Exploring mindful movement, breath and stillness to allow a focus on the internal experience and towards a deeper inward and outward sense of connection.

Offered in a safe and supportive environment these sessions can be beneficial to all yoga practitioners including those who are new and returning to yoga, those practicing with injuries and to support health conditions, and those who have been practicing for a while and wish to to delve deeper in to their inquiry.

Cost:
£65 - 1hr session
£180 - 3 x  1hr sessions
£275 - 5 x 1hr sessions

Hannah Verghese

After almost a decade of working with people experiencing stress, anxiety and chronic physical and mental health conditions Hannah’s path led her to yoga and through that thai yoga massage as a means to connect and support on a “whole person” level.

Kristin Crenshaw

Kristin completed a Master's degree in Clinical Mental Health Counselling in 2014 in the United States. She has worked with children with neurological differences including the Autism spectrum, and adults on a range of topics, including anxiety, depression, social issues, pre & post-bereavement, grief, and abuse, to name a few. Kristin believes that every person has the potential to lead a happy, healthy, and enriching life with the right tools.
