Private one-on-one yoga sessions with Hannah

Yoga is a powerful practice to support health through the connection of mind, body and spirit. Whether you are seeking increased strength or flexibility, balance, enhanced bodily awareness, relaxation or looking to reduce stress and anxiety, an individually tailored yoga practice can support you. Instead of an instructed class as found in busy studios and gyms these sessions are based on a ongoing, non-dogmatic, communication between you and Hannah to explore how the practice can best serve you right now.  Exploring mindful movement, breath and stillness to allow a focus on the internal experience and towards a deeper inward and outward sense of connection. Offered in a safe and supportive environment these sessions can be beneficial to all yoga practitioners including those who are new and returning to yoga, those practicing with injuries and to support health conditions, and those who have been practicing for a while and wish to to delve deeper in to their inquiry.

Hannah’s teaching style reflects her own ever-evolving exploration of yoga, meditation and somatic movement practices, as well as her background in martial arts and work in the health field.
