Fermented foods help you take care of your gut health, your micro-biome and boost your immune system.
You will learn the simple art of fermentation with ease and excitement. Charlotte will guide you through the do's and don'ts of fermenting vegetables.
This is a hands on workshop. You will get to taste different ferments. Prepare your own jar of organic, fermented vegetables to take home.
Step by step information sheets will be provided.
A goody bag for all participants at the end of the workshop. Email support for participants after the workshop.
You will need to bring your favourite chopping/slicing knife and chopping board, an apron is also advisable as things can get a bit messy on a ferment workshop!
Everything else is provided for you.
There will be a maximum of 12 participants for the workshop, with a minimum requirement of 8.
Bring a friend and make an afternoon of it.
Have some fun and leave inspired and confident to ferment at home. All allergies and health issues related to food must be communicated to the organiser before the event.
