"My advice is to get up and move around. I say this to everyone who comes to see me. Movement is one of the ways our muscles, joints and organs stays healthy. It encourages the flow of blood around the body and drainage of fluid once it has been used by our cells. So if you sit at a desk, set an alarm or a reminder and every 30 mins get up and change position; roll your shoulders, look around, do a little twist. It doesn't have to be for long but you will be doing yourself good in the long run."
