GUIDANCE FOR PATIENTS:

We ask that all patients adhere to social distancing of 2metres and observe good hand hygiene at all times.

We ask that patients arrive no more than 5 minutes prior to their appointment time to prevent unnecessary congestion at reception and communal areas. All new patients will undergo COVID 19 and medical history screening by telephone/email on the day before their appointment.

Hand sanitiser and handwashing facilities are available at reception and in all treatment rooms. We will ask you to hand wash/sanitise on entry to the premises.

Drinking water is available to all patients, but we ask you to use our disposable cups only and ask that you do not refill water bottles/cups using our machine.

You may be asked to wear a face covering by the practitioner you are seeing. We will inform you at time of booking.

In order to avoid unnecessary contact, you may be asked to pay for your treatment in advance, and if not you will be asked to pay by card NOT cash on the day.
